You can manage your subscription directly through Payhip at any time:
- Cancel or pause your subscription
- Switch between monthly or annual plans
- Update your payment method
- View past receipts and invoices
This usually happens with monthly renewals. You can cancel immediately in Payhip to prevent future charges.
I can’t find my subscription login.
Check the original email receipt from Payhip—there’s a direct “Manage Subscription” link inside.
My card failed or expired.
Update your payment method in Payhip to restore access automatically.
I canceled—why do I still have access?
Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur.
