Starting a business in retirement can provide additional income, keep you mentally active, and offer a sense of purpose. It also allows you to pursue passions and interests you may not have had time for during your career.
What is the cost for your services?
Each product is priced based upon what you have selected and the state where the activity takes place. Our base fees are augmented by fees charged by states. Click on the product to determine the price.
How do I order a product?
The first step after you have decided upon what you want is to click the order button on the product page. You will receive a link to complete an information form. The information you enter will be used to determine your final price which will include the fees required by your state.
What happens after I complete the order form?
You will receive an invoice which you can pay with a credit card on line. This invoice will include the full cost of the service you ordered plus state fees. When we receive your data and funds your products will be created and sent to you electronically except for the certificates and binder package which will be by U.S. Mail.
How long will it take to process my order?

Do I need a DBA?
There are many reasons why a business does not market using their registered name. If you want to market under another name, a DBA or “doing business as” is created. This allows you to sell your goods and services as an entity other than what was registered with the state as an LLC or Corporation.
How do I choose the right business structure?

Do I need a Quit Claim Deed
Transfer your asset (real property) from your personal name into your LLC or Corporation. This can provide a measure of protection for your property and separate your personal potential liability from business activities.
Why would I need a promissory note/deed of trust
In short, if you have equity in your property even if it is in the business name, it can be taken by a court. If the asset is indebted, the available equity makes it more difficult for a court to seize the asset. Read our full explanation about this here
Do I need business insurance?
Possibly. Even if you do not have a brick-and-mortar location, your product or service may be well served with liability insurance to start. It does not hurt to be sure. Check out our insurance partner offering.
